What is the development proposing?

A detailed planning application is being prepared in line with the latest policies from Liverpool City Council’s Local Plan. This document guides development throughout the city, with the latest version adopted by the council in 2022. A copy is available to view online through this link:


This scheme proposes the construction of a part five / six-storey building consisting of 255 sqm of commercial space and 119 residential units. The commercial space, car and cycle parking, and plant and bin storage will be located at ground level alongside the entrance to the townhouses. The remaining apartments will be spread out across the upper floors. Access to the apartments and commercial units will be available through various locations along Green Lane and West Derby Road, with vehicular access taken via Green Lane.
